Orders & Deliveries

1. Can I order from Crate and Barrel Singapore website and deliver to Malaysia?
- We currently ship to addresses in Singapore only. Should you wish for your order to be shipped overseas, please write to us at customerservice@crateandbarrel.sg.
- Kindly note that all international deliveries are to be arranged by customer, subjected to duties, taxes and other clearance charges.

    2. I bought an item(s) from Crate and Barrel Malaysia website and would like to return or exchange it.
    - For items bought from Crate and Barrel Malaysia, we will only accept returns and exchanges at the ION Orchard store, subject to approval.
    - We are unable to liaise with any delivery or courier company made by the buyer for returns or exchanges.

    3. Who can I contact about my order?
    - You may contact our Customer Service Expert through our live chatbox feature at the bottom right corner of our website.
    - Alternatively, you may write in to us at customerservice@crateandbarrel.sg.

    1. I am a Crate&Barrel Rewards member from Crate and Barrel Malaysia website. What will happen to my points?
    - Rest assured, your points have been migrated to the Crate and Barrel Singapore website.
    - Simply create a Crate&Barrel Rewards account here with the same email address used on Crate and Barrel Malaysia website.
     
    2. Where can I find my points?
    - Login to Crate&Barrel Rewards here.
    - View your existing points on the banner at the bottom of your screen.
     
    3. I don't have a Crate&Barrel Rewards account but I have purchased on Crate and Barrel Malaysia website previously.
     You will need to create a Crate&Barrel Rewards account here with the same email address used on Crate and Barrel Malaysia website.
