- Fill a copper mug with ice. Add vodka, lime juice, pomegranate juice and ginger beer and stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge, a sprig of mint and several pomegranate seeds. Serve at once.

There are many different brands of ginger beer, and they all have different flavors and levels of ginger. Choose one that suits your taste. You can swap the vodka for tequila.
You can swap the pomegranate juice for cranberry juice.
